This shift can be attributed to the increased use of IVF and assisted reproductive technologies, resulting in a substantial rise in multiple births, particularly by 40% for triplets and nearly 50% for twins.

The owner of the Instagram account in question is not only a mother of four but also an identical triplet mama who underwent IVF to conceive her triplet offspring. Her journey began when she already had three sons – Rocco, Prince, and Otis, as well as an older daughter named Violet, by the time she reached the age of 40.

In May 2020, she gave birth to the three boys, who remarkably resemble three peas in a pod. Throughout her pregnancy and thereafter, the 40-year-old mother has been actively sharing her experiences. She has provided insights into the challenges of having triplets, along with her own symptoms during this remarkable journey.

“I often had to wear my sneakers with the laces quite loose because my feet were so big and swollen, regardless of what I was wearing,” she recounted. “The worst of my headaches was accompanied by this extreme thirst that persisted despite my drinking numerous glasses of water. Every time I laid down, I had to use pillows to prop up my enormous tummy because I was so uncomfortable.”

Since the birth of the three boys, the 40-year-old mother has shared hundreds of photos of them, including their second birthday celebration last month.
